RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, our returns policy ensures a smooth and straightforward process for returning items.

1. Returns Eligibility
1.1 You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a refund or exchange.
1.2 Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included. For Chalk and Liquid Chalk these must be unopened.
1.3 Customised or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
1.4 Clearance or sale items may only be returned if they are defective or not as described.
2. How to Initiate a Return
2.1 To request a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
2.2 You will receive a returns authorisation and instructions on how to return your item.
2.3 Items must be returned to the address provided within 14 days of receiving authorisation.
3. Refunds
3.1 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
3.2 We will refund the full product price but not any original shipping costs unless the item is faulty or an incorrect order by Tempo Sports.
3.3 If the item is damaged or not in resalable condition, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee or decline the refund.
4. Exchanges
4.1 If you wish to exchange an item, please specify this when contacting customer service.
4.2 Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
5.1 If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
5.2 We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement once the item is received and inspected.
6. Return Shipping Costs
6.1 If the return is due to a change of mind, the Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
6.2 If the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item sent, the Seller will cover return shipping costs.
7. Consumer Rights
7.1 This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under Scottish law, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

2.1 Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
2.2 Custom or made-to-order items may have extended processing times, which will be communicated at checkout.
3. Shipping Methods & Costs
3.1 Standard UK Delivery: Estimated 3-5 business days – cost calculated at checkout.
3.2 International Delivery: Estimated 5-14 business days – cost and availability depend on destination.
4. Tracking & Delivery Updates
4.1 Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
4.2 It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. Tempo Sports Ltd. is not liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5.1 While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays due to weather, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

6. Damaged or Missing Items
6.1 If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
